Assistant Allied Health Manager
Under the direction of the Allied Health Manager, this position manages, plans and directs the daily operation of the Rehabilitation Program. The Assistant Allied Health Manager ensures compliance with established professional and accreditation standards, practices and regulatory requirements. This position is responsible for the support, management and development of direct report staff, ensuring positive team building, and effective and productive care management Enhances personal value to the team through continual self-development.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy required. Master’s Degree preferred. Continuing education courses in rehabilitation preferred.
Experience: A minimum of three (3) years progressive rehabilitation experience required. Previous supervisory experience preferred; home health care environment preferred.
